These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," "your") and AnnaJo Coaching LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company located in Morris Plains, NJ 07950 ("AnnaJo Coaching," "we," "us," "our"). By purchasing The Reinvention Accelerator™ (the "Program"), accessing the Science of Perfection™ School community, or using any related materials, tools, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate in the Program.
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract to enroll.
The Reinvention Accelerator™ is a three (3) month group coaching program that includes: one (1) private onboarding session; the full Career Reinvention GPS™ curriculum delivered through the Science of Perfection™ School; access to the Resume Builder AI and the Career Self Assessment; live group calls each week; bi-weekly private check-in calls; community access; and direct message access to Coach AnnaJo within the community.
Live group calls are currently scheduled four (4) times per week, and the number of calls, the days and times they are held, the topics covered, the format, and the tools included may all be adjusted from time to time at our discretion, provided the overall scope of the Program remains substantially the same. The current schedule is always posted inside the community, and the community is the authoritative source for call dates, times, and joining links. Sessions are led by Coach AnnaJo or by a qualified member of the AnnaJo Coaching team.
The Program provides career coaching, education, and tools. AnnaJo Coaching is not an employment agency, staffing firm, recruiter, or job placement service, and does not offer employment. All hiring decisions are made solely by third-party employers over whom we have no control.
The Program fee currently ranges from $2,500.00 to $3,500.00 USD depending on the offer, promotion, or enrollment period under which you purchase. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your enrollment, and it is payable one time at enrollment unless a payment plan is expressly offered to you in writing. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount at checkout.
We may change Program pricing at any time, and prices are expected to increase in future enrollment periods. A price change does not affect an enrollment already completed, and no price adjustment, credit, or refund is available if the Program is later offered at a lower price or if you paid a promotional rate that differs from another Client's.
All sales are final. Because the Program includes immediate access to proprietary curriculum, tools, and community, no refunds are provided except where required by applicable law. The exclusive remedy relating to Program outcomes is the Landing Guarantee described in Section 4.
The Landing Guarantee is a conditional promise about the amount of coaching you receive, rather than a promise that you will be hired. In plain terms, if you do the work the Program asks of you and you still have not accepted a job offer meeting the requirements you documented at onboarding by the end of your first ninety (90) days, we give you three (3) more months of the Program at no additional charge. The guarantee is satisfied by additional coaching time, and it never results in the return of money. The full terms, conditions, and exclusions are set out below, and they control.
If you satisfy all of the Guarantee Requirements in Section 4.3 and do not receive and accept an offer of employment that meets your documented Non-Negotiables (defined below) within ninety (90) days of your Guarantee Start Date, we will extend your full Program access, including live calls, community, tools, and bi-weekly check-ins, for an additional three (3) months at no additional cost (the "Guarantee Remedy").
The Guarantee Remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee. The guarantee is a service extension, not a refund. No portion of the Program fee is refundable under this guarantee.
"Guarantee Start Date" means the date you complete your purchase and enroll in the Program.
"Non-Negotiables" means the specific, written requirements for your next role that you and your coach define and document together during your onboarding session. Non-Negotiables may include items such as minimum salary, work arrangement (remote, hybrid, in office), time off, role type, or industry. Non-Negotiables must be commercially reasonable in light of your experience, qualifications, target market, and location, as determined in good faith during the onboarding session. Once documented, Non-Negotiables may only be changed by written mutual agreement between you and AnnaJo Coaching. If you unilaterally change your search criteria after onboarding, the guarantee applies to your originally documented Non-Negotiables.
"Qualifying Offer" means a bona fide offer of employment that meets your documented Non-Negotiables.
This is a conditional guarantee. The Program works when the plan is followed, and the guarantee reflects that. To remain eligible, you must do all of the following:

To claim the Guarantee Remedy, email [email protected] within fourteen (14) days after the end of your 90 day guarantee period. We will review your participation records, including attendance, curriculum completion, and KPI tracking data, to confirm the Guarantee Requirements were met. If confirmed, your extended access begins immediately and runs for three (3) consecutive months. The Guarantee Remedy may be used one time per Client and is not transferable.
Except for the conditional Landing Guarantee in Section 4, we make no promises or guarantees of any kind regarding outcomes, including employment, interviews, salary levels, or timelines. Individual results vary and depend on factors outside our control, including your background, effort, market conditions, and employer decisions. Testimonials and case studies presented in our marketing reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or prediction of your results.
The Program provides coaching and education only. It is not legal, financial, tax, immigration, or mental health advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, including whether to accept or decline any offer of employment.
All Program materials, including the Career Reinvention GPS™, Science of Perfection™, GPS Resume Method™, curriculum, workbooks, scripts, frameworks, assessments, recordings, and tools, are the property of AnnaJo Coaching LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials for your own individual career search during your access period. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, teach from, or create derivative works from Program materials, and you may not share your login credentials or community access with any other person.
The Science of Perfection™ School community is a professional, supportive space. You agree not to harass, disparage, solicit, spam, or share the personal information or job search details of other members outside the community. Information shared by other members in calls or in the community is confidential to the group.
Live group calls are recorded, and recordings may be posted inside the community for member replay. By participating in group calls, you consent to being recorded and to the use of those recordings within the Program. Private 1:1 sessions are not shared publicly.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate access, without refund, for conduct that violates this Section or these Terms.
Your Program access runs for three (3) months from your Guarantee Start Date, plus any extension earned under the Landing Guarantee. Community, curriculum, and tool access end when your Program term ends unless otherwise stated in a separate offer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnnaJo Coaching LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost wages, or lost opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnnaJo Coaching LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of Program materials, or your interactions with employers, recruiters, or other members.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date, and changes to the Landing Guarantee will not apply retroactively to Clients already enrolled.

AnnaJo Coaching LLC ("AnnaJo Coaching," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our websites, funnels, the Science of Perfection™ School community, our mobile community app, and our coaching programs (together, our "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing companies.
When you visit our websites and funnels, we and our service providers collect standard internet activity information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring links. We use this information to operate and improve our Services, measure our marketing, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some site features.
Live group coaching calls are recorded, and recordings may be made available inside the community for member replay. By joining a group call, you consent to being recorded for this purpose. If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off and participate through chat.
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive automated informational and marketing text messages from AnnaJo Coaching at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We may share your number with service providers who deliver these messages on our behalf; we do not sell your number to third-party marketers.
We use personal information to: provide and deliver our Services, including coaching, curriculum, tools, and community access; process payments and manage your enrollment; schedule and conduct sessions and send call reminders; track program participation, including attendance, curriculum completion, and job search KPIs, which is also used to administer our program guarantee; respond to your questions and provide support; send you emails and texts about our content, programs, and offers (which you can opt out of at any time); operate, secure, and improve our websites and Services; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We share personal information only as follows:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, administer our program guarantee, and enforce our agreements. Coaching and participation records are retained for the duration of your program plus a reasonable period afterward.
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, consistent with industry standards for a business of our size. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected].
U.S. state privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence (including New Jersey, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request a copy, request correction or deletion, and opt out of targeted advertising, subject to legal exceptions. We will verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
International visitors. Our Services are operated from the United States and directed to U.S. residents. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S. If data protection laws of your jurisdiction (such as the GDPR) apply, you may have additional rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection, which you can exercise by contacting us.
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18, and they are not directed to children under 13 within the meaning of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register for, purchase, or participate in our programs.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information from our records as promptly as is reasonably possible. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can review and delete it.
Our websites and community may link to third-party sites, apps, and social platforms (including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties. Review their policies before providing information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
